On-demand taxi booking solutions similar to Uber consist of the following apps: Driver platform to accept rides, User platform to book rides, and Channel partner platform to onboard and verify drivers. Apart from this, we need an admin and analytics interface where all the documents of verified drivers can be checked. The analytics interface will give insights into the production performance of drivers like trips received vs accepted, cash vs card payments, location-based business performance reports, etc. From a payment system perspective, we will need to use Stripe or RazorPay to handle a seamless payment experience. For location tracking, we use Google Maps API and external notifications are based on Twilio
Video conferencing solutions like Zoom are very popular and are used extensively. To use a video conferencing solution, we need to set up the video conferencing bridge/infrastructure with providers like Antimedia and Jitsi. Google or LinkedIn-based social login can enable users to connect and reach the bridge. Instant messaging solutions and call recording are some of the salient features that come with this system. An admin interface to manage the subscriptions and payment will be handy to track customers and offer enterprise AD-based integrations
Doctor-patient connects the platform to enable patients to connect to care-providing doctors from home. The system needs a mobile app and an admin interface. The mobile app keeps track of the medications given and offers periodic reminders for medications. The mobile app also offers integration with IoT devices like fitness trackers and other bands to collect fitness and health metrics. In the admin interface, doctors will be able to view the patient-approved reports and adherence to medications. Doctors are onboarded using the Doximity platform. Infrastructure can be set up on AWS with serverless architecture
