Our client is a leader in the provision of healthcare solutions with operations in the US, South East Asia and India. With a mission-critical Lab Information System (LIS), the client was using legacy Oracle Forms as its tech platform. While the system could support their basic needs, outdated infrastructure was limiting adaptability, making it harder for them to meet daily operational demands, increasing risk of non-compliance and challenging system integration with modern health technology.
