The Solution
The experience begins before the event ever starts. Attendees register through a mobile app by capturing a selfie and giving explicit consent for facial recognition. Behind the scenes, the platform securely generates a facial template used later for matching — nothing else changes for anyone on the ground.
During the event, photographers work exactly as they always have — no special cameras, no new equipment. Once it's over, they simply upload the photos. The AI takes it from there: every face is detected, matched against registered attendees, and grouped into a personalized gallery within minutes. Attendees get a notification the moment theirs is ready.
